AICodeHelper provides independent software assessment services, including manual codebase audits, architectural reviews, dependency risk evaluations, and technical advisory reports. Reviews are conducted by vetted technical professionals ("Auditors") who assess submitted materials based on industry quality standards.
3. Client Code & Confidentiality
We treat all client codebases, repositories, documentation, and technical artifacts with the highest degree of confidentiality:
- Ownership: You retain complete, unrestricted ownership and intellectual property rights in all source code and assets submitted for review.
- Non-Disclosure: All code provided is used exclusively for producing the requested audit report. We never publish, disclose, monetize, or train automated public models using client source code.
- Ephemeral Processing: Code repositories are removed from auditor review environments following completion and delivery of the final audit report.
4. Auditor Onboarding & Verification
To ensure high standards of professionalism and protect client security, individuals applying to become verified auditors must undergo a technical evaluation and an identity verification check. Identity verification is conducted by our authorized compliance service partner. Providing falsified information during the onboarding process constitutes grounds for immediate disqualification and account termination.
5. Orders, Pricing, and Payments
All audit package fees are specified in USD or local equivalent and must be paid in full at the time of order confirmation. Given the tailored, manual technical work involved in preparing customized codebase audit reports, fees are non-refundable once the allocated auditor commences the code analysis phase.
6. Independent Technical Advice Disclaimer
Audit reports and recommendations generated through AICodeHelper reflect the professional opinion and evaluation of experienced software engineers. While we strive for thoroughness, an audit does not constitute an absolute guarantee against undetected defects, latent system failures, or unforeseen runtime anomalies. Clients remain solely responsible for the testing, deployment, and operation of their software.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Codehelper Ai Solutions Private Limited, its directors, and its contractors shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform or reliance upon any audit report. In all instances, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service from which the dispute arose.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or controversy arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Rajasthan, India.
